Lightwave Deluxe ELITE

Project Overview

For more than a decade, Lightwave has partnered with SOENCO to develop successive generations of professional light therapy equipment. The Deluxe ELITE platform represents the continued evolution of that relationship, combining high-density power electronics, embedded control, thermal management, and modular system architecture within a production-ready medical device.

The system required coordinated control of thousands of LEDs across multiple treatment zones while maintaining precise power delivery, dependable thermal performance, and reliable operation. SOENCO developed the electronics and embedded systems around a modular architecture designed to support manufacturing, serviceability, and continued product development.

The completed platform provides Lightwave with an integrated electronic control system capable of managing complex treatment configurations while supporting dependable operation in demanding clinical environments and repeatable manufacturing.
